Great after sales service, thank you so much Rhinomax Team. We needed help urgently before leaving on a long road trip, and it wasn't long before we were on our way. 

We have a Scorpion. Just love it. We tow ours with a Prado. Tows like a dream. Fuel economy is exceptional .Follows exactly in the tyre tracks of the car. Would never consider towing a large caravan after having towed a Scorpion. We find it very comfortable and have all the creature comforts that we could wish for.

If you are looking for a Hybrid Camper like we are, look no further than the Rhinomax Brand. We have been searching for 2 years for a light weight , heavy duty/ well-constructed trailer. We visited all sorts of trailers via YouTube, social media etc. and found many trailers, but nothing came close to the Renegade Model. We compared them against each other, like for like, and found the Renegade had the answers. It just made sense with its design & layout.

Rhinomax Campers has made buying a caravan a truly wonderful experience. Nothing is too hard for them or too much trouble. Thank you to Katie and Kate for always reassuring us. And for ALWAYS getting back to us. Thank you to Steve for all his help with our StarLink installation.

Considering our purchase and the process was handled entirely remotely the Rhinomax Team have demonstrated best practice in the Australian Manufacturing industry in our opinion We are beyond thrilled with everything. The quality of the built is exceptional. And Ben's handover videos are so helpful. Everybody in Australia should have the same experience that we received. From the moment we made our first phone call to enquire about purchasing a van to the day we picked our Defender up, the service and patience was second to none. No question was too hard to answer and I’m sure some of them drove Katie nuts! Sometimes though things do go wrong but Andy and his team went above and beyond to keep us on the road. You hear a lot of complaints about after-sales service and from well-known brands but with Rhinomax it was exceptional. Thank you to all who were involved!

“Premium”

You get what you pay for at this premium end of the caravan market, but we couldn't be happier with what we got. We also really liked that they are a smaller manufacturer and made right here on the Coast. Great to deal with the owners too and long-term staff. They genuinely care about what they do and it shows. Love our Rhino! 

Our new Renegade arrived in March, and we have been on 4 holidays since then. A shake down trip around western Victoria, the Sunshine Coast and home through Carnarvon Gorge, a weekend in Lorne and we are just home from the Yorke Peninsula SA. The Rhinomax is easy to tow and has everything we need for our adventures. I am impressed with the electrical system and the ability to operate off grid. The crew at Rhinomax are amazing and we are sure we have the best camper available on the market. Thank you Rhinomax.
